AI securityClear boundaries

Give selected users access to an AI environment with limited connections, private network access, and daily encrypted backups. We define the boundaries before rollout.

Open-source Hermes. Independently supported by Voltti.

Our approachThree priorities

We configure access, backups, and review gates as part of the setup. Each needs to match the work the agent is allowed to do.

01

Selected access

Give access to the employees you select. Grant each connection only the permissions it needs for the agreed task.

02

Daily backups

Encrypted backups to a separate location in your network. Periodic restore tests check that the environment can be recovered.

03

Human review

Configure approval gates for higher-risk actions and retain logs of the work so people can review what happened.

Questions and answers

01Who has access to our data?

The employees you select. Voltti does not have permanent access to your daily work; remote support is provided when you request it. We agree on the access needed for that support.

02Does Voltti use our data for its own purposes?

No. Voltti does not monitor your use of Hermes or read your prompts for its own purposes. Our role is installation and support, with any support access agreed with you.

03What happens to data sent to an external model provider?

You choose the provider and what data may be sent to it. We advise on the setup, but you remain responsible for the provider agreements and how the service fits your processing obligations. Review its retention and data-use terms before sending business data.

04Does the setup guarantee GDPR compliance?

We put practical safeguards in place: selected access, encrypted backups, limited permissions, and logging. These measures do not make every use case automatically GDPR-compliant. We discuss the processing, responsibilities, and required agreements for your situation.

05What if something goes wrong?

The support setup includes daily backups and periodic restore tests. If an incident occurs, Voltti helps with recovery and analysis within the agreed support scope.
