Our approachFrom pilot

Start with one useful workflow. We install Hermes on your system and help your team get started, one step at a time.

Open-source Hermes. Independently supported by Voltti.

Four steps

  1. 01

    First conversation

A short call to discuss which tasks take up your time and whether Hermes is a good fit.

  2. 02

    Choose a workflow

Together, we choose one specific task that makes the pilot useful.

  3. 03

    Install and configure

Install Hermes on your system and configure projects, knowledge and access.

  4. 04

    Get started and evaluate

Your team gets to work. We review the results and decide on the next step together.

What youNeed

We handle most of the setup. Here is what you need and what Voltti provides.

01

What you bring

A network, two or three team members and a recurring task that takes up time.

02

What Voltti provides

Hardware if needed, installation, configuration, onboarding and support.

03

What we support

Voltti handles updates, monitoring, backups, recovery tests and your team's questions.

04

What it costs

Three clear cost categories: one-time installation, support and your own model usage. You receive a custom quote so you know what to expect.

Questions and answers

01How long does a pilot take?

Usually two to four weeks from the first conversation to evaluation. The exact timing depends on the workflow and your team's availability.

02What does a pilot cost?

Your custom quote depends on hardware needs, onboarding and any integrations. We discuss the costs openly during the first conversation, with no obligation.

03What happens after the pilot?

If the pilot is useful, we discuss support, including updates, monitoring and backups, and possible next workflows. You are not required to continue.

04Can we maintain it ourselves?

Yes. You can handle maintenance yourself or ask Voltti to provide support, so your team can focus on its work rather than the infrastructure.

05Do you work with businesses across Belgium and the Netherlands?

Yes. We work remotely and on site throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
