AutomationWith AI

Automate recurring work without redesigning every process. Hermes prepares or carries out tasks within agreed limits, with people reviewing the results.

Open-source Hermes. Independently supported by Voltti.

Two ways toAutomate

Some tasks need fixed steps; others need room to adapt. Voltti helps you choose the right approach for each part of the workflow.

01

Fixed scripts

Repeatable steps that should run the same way each time. Their behavior can be tested against clear rules.

02

A flexible agent

Work that changes from one request to the next. Hermes can adjust its approach, gather context, and ask questions.

03

Human review

We define which actions can run automatically and which need approval. Higher-risk steps get explicit review gates.

Processes worth considering

01

Content and websites

Prepare pages, edit text, and publish when authorized. People review the work and make corrections where needed.

02

Reporting

Collect data, summarize findings, and prepare a report for review.

03

CRM and project management

Keep information current, prepare follow-ups, and set reminders.

04

Documents

Find information, summarize documents, and translate text.

Our approach

  1. 01

    Map the process

Together, identify time-consuming steps and decide which need fixed rules or a flexible approach.

  2. 02

    Connections

Connect only the systems the workflow needs, with limited permissions.

  3. 03

    Test

Check the automation in a defined test environment against the results you expect.

  4. 04

    Roll out

After approval, introduce the workflow into daily work and follow up on how it performs.

Questions and answers

01Do I need to redesign the whole process?

No. We review your current process and choose a useful starting point. Often, that is a recurring task with a clear beginning, end, and way to check the result.

02What if the automation makes a mistake?

We configure approval gates for higher-risk actions and test scripts before rollout. Logs help trace what happened. Testing reduces risk, but it cannot guarantee that every future error will be caught.

03Which systems can you connect?

A CRM, CMS, project management tool, or document source may be suitable if it provides an accessible API or another supported interface. We check the permissions and practical limits for each integration.

04Can Hermes make decisions independently?

Within the permissions and workflow you agree to. Routine steps can run automatically; decisions with greater consequences need human approval at the defined points. People remain responsible for reviewing the results.

05Is AI automation the same as RPA?

Not exactly. Traditional robotic process automation follows predefined steps, often in a fixed interface. An AI agent can use language and context to choose its next action. Both approaches need testing and can be useful in the same workflow.
