Who processes your data

When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, take steps before entering into an agreement. The legal basis is that precontractual step or our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries.

How we handle your data

We retain contact details only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. If the law requires us to retain data, we do so for the required period. Formcarry processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Apart from processors working according to our instructions, we do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Only people and processors who need the data for the purposes described above have access.

This website uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic without tracking cookies. Plausible processes limited request data to produce those statistics, but does not store IP addresses or use persistent identifiers.

With your consent, we use Google Ads to measure whether an ad leads to a pilot request. After you accept, we load the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. That tag can set cookies named _gcl_, such as _gcl_aw, to link a click on an ad to a submitted pilot form. For such a request, we do not send your name, email address, or any other form content to Google. According to its own documentation, Google keeps these cookies for up to 90 days. The legal basis is your consent.

Without consent, we load no Google tags and set no advertising cookies; the website and the form work as usual. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We store your choice in your browser storage. Withdrawing does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
